Have been doing business with Joe and company for 15 years and they have been nothing but wonderful handling all of our accounting and IRS issues. Would not go anywhere else

This guy is a total scam artist. He will promise to help you, take your money, but will never, ever, ever do the work you paid him to do or even get back to you when you call to ask what the status is of your file. My experience was exactly like oraclebill's, below. Joe Israel did nothing. Except take my money. Avoid him!

I had three years of back taxes to file. I went to Joe Israel and he promised to address them quickly and to deal with the IRS for me (I had a notice that needed a response the next day). For a month I tried unsuccessfully to get Joe to call me back and let me know what was going on. When I called the IRS directly, they confirmed what I suspected - nothing had been filed, no communications had happened. He basically sat on my case and ducked my calls.
