Our air conditioner went out unexpectedly on a saturday afternoon and fowlers heating & cooling sent a technician out immediately. Our technician Mike was fantastic! He located the problem very fast and was able to fix the AC adequately. We were very appreciative that we were able to get great service, especially on a weekend! Thank you again to Mike for all of his hard work!

Great service on a cold Saturday morning. Fowler responded quickly to our call and Mike was at the house in less that two hours. He fixed the problem and was professional at every step. He answered all my questions and gave me tips for how to keep our furnace running smoothly for the rest of the winter. Both Emily and Mike were a pleasure to work with. Mike, the technician who came to work on our heat pump, did a very impressive job cleaning our inside unit and exterior condenser. I would definitely do business with them in the future. It was well worth doing business with them even just for the peace of mind knowing that our household is all ready for the upcoming winter.

I just found out a few hours later after the issue had been resolved that I had over-paid by around $300 to have Fowler fix the issue. If it wasn't 95 degree + weather at the time, I wished I would have shopped around. They did a fantastic job, you will just pay through the nose for their service.
