Washington-Morgan Community Action is a nonprofit, community-based organization that serves low-income individuals and families of Washington and Morgan counties in Ohio. The organization s Head Start is a preschool for children between the ages of 3 and 5. It offers programs for employment and employment-related training for the general population. Washington-Morgan Community Action s Title V program provides work experience and on-the-job training leading to a job in the community for low-income individuals above the age of 55. The organization s health services include family planning and prenatal services and the Women, Infants and Children Supplemental Nutrition program.
