My son sees Whitney C at the East Cobb location. He loves her! She is very professional and always has a great attitude! My son tells me that "she looks like a movie star". He just adores her. She always has great suggestions for changing his hair and delivers to the highest standard. The salon is clean and has a very positive vibe. We will not go anywhere else!

I LOVE Mac where did so go?

I have been going to Mac for over two years and my hair is in perfect condition. I am a natural brunette, but you wouldn't know it after Mac is done with my hair. I get compliments on it all the time on my light blond highlights and when I tell people am a natural DARK brunette they can't imagine. To say that Mac damaged your hair is absurd! I'm sure you hair was damaged before you went in there and you are just looking for someone to blame. I get my hair colored every 8 weeks and my hair is not damaged nor does it have any split ends. Mac is a great colorist who makes sure all her clients are happy and hair compliments their features. I would not trust anyone else with my hair and I am VERY picky when it comes to hair. I have sent several friends to Mac and they are all happy as well. Mac is awesome!!

With regards to te above review of Mac at Van Michael East Cobb, I can honesty say that I am in shock! I absolutely adore the staff of this salon. They go out of their way from the moment you enter the salon to make you feel that you are the only client they are focused on. I am a VERY satisfied client of Mac's. In fact I trust this girl with everything when it comes to my hair. I am a natural blonde bordering on platinum. Everytime after I saw Mac people would compliment my hair and the excellent job she had done. I started bugging her to color my hair very, very dark. But because of her extensive training with the salon and her fear for how a natural blonde would handle such a dramatic change, she insisted that we take this change in steps and today I am a full fledged brunette and people insist that this is my natural color because of the excellent job Mac has done with my color. I trust her so much with my hair, that I simply start talking as soon as I sit in her chair and just let her do what she thinks will look the best on me and not once has she ever let me down! Not only is she the ultimate professional but this girl is the best therapist you could ask for. I frequently over hear her other clients praising her for their own serivces as well as the way she makes everyone feel so special and important while they are with her. Let's put it like this, if I were to move out of state...I would commute to see Mac..because once you've had MAC,YOU'LL NEVER GO BACK!!!

I went to the salon for the first time to get my hair colored. I thought that since they had sylists that special in either color or cuts that it was a safe decision. My hair is COMPLETELY damaged! I have white highlights that are making me look like I have grey hair. My hair is fuzzy and breaking! I'm really upset because I'm not sure how it could even withstand another color to correct. This is the first time I have ever reviewed or complained but I wanting to share this info so the public can be warned not to get their hair damaged as well.... The stylist was MAC.

I wasn't sure what to expect. I had heard so many great things about Van Michael. I saw a gentleman by the name of Daniel and he was outstanding! He truly listened to what I wanted and gave me his professional opinion of what would look best for me. His level of education and expertise is what will keep me coming back over and over. I look amazing! I am so glad they moved into the East Bobb Avenue. What a blessing.
