PDQ Property Management, Wanda Galante, CEO/Secretary, operate a less than stellar operation. I live in a community that was managed by PDQ, Wanda Galante, for 10+ years (terminated Feb 2018). I have personally experienced countless lies, threats, mishandlings, gross negligence, slander, presentation of false financial documents, refusal to provide requested financial/community documents after Counsel and Association instructed her she had a legal responsibility to do so and the list goes on. Please, please investigate prior to allowing this individual or company to manage your community. I pray you don't find yourself in the terrible situation we are sitting in. Our records are a mess/non-existent at this point, reserve and operating accounts were virtually depleted, checks being written with no supporting documentation at the request of Wanda Galante and terrible overall record keeping resulting in a HUGE MESS. No community should have to endure the pain and suffering they have caused our community in addition to countless others. Check out all of court filings against PDQ/Wanda Galante! They speak volumes.

PDQ's president/owner, Wanda Galante will mismanage your money, look you in the eye, and smile the whole time. Google her name to see her recent arrest record and the multiple civil suits against her for not disclosing financials for condominium associations she manages. How would you like know that confidential records, checks, invoices, etc. are stuffed in her attic? That, readers, is a fact. A matter of public record. Go to Cobb County Superior Court's website.
