Big Frog utilizes a new, high tech process that allows us to print shirt designs that would have never happened with older styles of garment customization. This wonderful process is called Direct to Garment printing, or DTG. In other forms of printing such as screen printing, your cost goes up with each color added to the design; however that is not the case in our DTG process. The special DTG printer is similar to an ink jet printer, which allows the ability to print 16 million different colors at no additional charge. Here at Big Frog our entire process is digital. This allows unrivaled customization at no additional charge to the customer, something that is not available in other forms of garment customization. We can add names, numbers, and even pictures at no addition charge. Another great feature is the wear-ability, and breathability with DTG. The ink is imbedded directly into the fibers of the shirt itself. The best way to describe this is that the ink is dying the fabric. This means no peeling, cracking, or sweat patches like screen printing. All of these great features allow us to have no setup fees, no minimums, and 24 hour turnaround on in stock items. To make it even better, we have graphic artists on staff that can help with your design for free! We are here to not only make custom garments stress free for you, but also fun.
