Such a great experience yesterday when I went to purchasea tire.... Dean and his team at Muffler Man were awesome..... I'll bemaking return trips anytime I need tires.....Thank You Dean....

Finally feels like they've got some qualified help around there. I think the kid's name was Tommy, definitely knows what he's doing and how to deal with customers one on one. I left there knowing the service he did to my motor home was above and beyond what you'll find anywhere else! Not only did he do what I asked, he went extra. I appreciate that.

Hello my name is Richard



I went in to have my tire mounted on a new universal rim i had bought because i thought my rim was bent. I told the technician to look at the tire and rim to see what was the problem and act accordingly. Came back to the shop first thing i see is my hubcap is mounted but all warped and nobody to say why . I went to the manager Dean and told him the problem. The Technician came and told me the hubcap would not fit properly cause of the type of rim. I was cool with that I even gave the technician a tip.

But then the real problem started looked in the back of my car and they didn't put the air sensor in the new riim. Went to the Manager Dean again asked him why that didn't get installed no answer just goes and gets the guy to start putting the sensor on which is now cracked for some reason . So im in the office waiting. The manager comes in and I ask him how he thought the sensor got cracked. His following statement was (how did my rim get bent). So now i Know this business is a bad choice if the Manager Dean automatically goes on the defense. So I say don't worry about it gonna be late for work. Can i come back and get the sensor put in the rim for free. He says cool. I was fine with that.

Call the next day talk to the manager who is very aggravated that I want my service done properly. Bring It in hand him the key and the guy is giving me the worst look I've ever seen a Manger give a costumer a mix of constipation and grief. I blow that one off. Came back in a hour and sat in the waiting room. Car at the time was still on jacks after waiting for twenty minutes after i saw some one drive the car to a parking spot . No one comes in to say to the lady upfront my cars ready nothing. So i ask the front desk lady is my car done she tells me to go into the service area and ask. Now there is a big sign that says no customers without technician in this area. Whatever I go in there ask the manager Dean is my car ready. He says it looks like it. At this point i said screw it. Asked him why he had an attitude. He said i was blaming his technicians for installing my hubcap wrong and blaming him the cracked sensor. I said no no one in that place was there to tell me why my hubcap was warped when i found it or why my sensor cracked or why my sensor wasn't installed or the best thing of all why after all that i still have a shake in my car and no one offered to sell me a new tire which will probably fix the problem. The Managers name is Dean couldn't get a last name. Would not go there if i were you i would go to Andy and Daves. Or do it yourself.





Service could be great. If not for the horrible leadership in that place. Terrible one on one costumer service with Managers. Will blame you for there problems. Judgmental of customers.
