Vacation rental of single family home; 3 Bedroom 2 Bath home on private large canal front lot. Direct boat access to Florida Bay and Atlantic Ocean. Our dock is 65 feet long. We also have a 20 foot wide boat basin. The Conch Canal is free flowing and varies in depth with the tides from 5 to 7 feet. The home is a classic Keys sturcture that has withstood dozens of storms in its 60 year history- including Wilma in 2005. Street yard is screened from the street by a 5 foot high concrete wall and a sliding ate. A 12 foot highsilver buttonwood hedge lines the easterly border- water provides the other two boundaries. The sunsets over Florida Bay are fantastic.

Location

Turn right off of Route 1 at Mile Marker 63 on to North Conch Avenue. Take first right onto Seaview Avenue and proceed to the end. We are on the Left.
