      Phantom BJJ is a part of the Foster BJJ family, and the home of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in Covington, WA. Head Coach, Bing Crook, has been training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu since 2005, and is a Brown Belt under BJJ Black Belt, James Foster, and Lotus Club Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. In October, 2011, Bing decided to take his passion for coaching and open his own school.Whether you are a beginner or advanced and looking to compete, are completely new to martial arts or you just want to have a fun hobby that keeps you in shape, Phantom BJJ offers a safe and friendly place to train and learn.
