I have gone to Nail world for almost a year now but today made me decide to no longer go there. I ended up waiting over an hour in the place when there was just me waiting. I then had a friend go up and see how much longer my wait would be. The lady then replied 20 minutes. I was frustrated but went ahead and walked around for awhile longer then came back 10-15 min later to see that a lady whom walked right in and signed her name was already seated and being worked on and I was no longer on the list! Wow! Talk about rude! I'll be taking my pedicures and acrylics else where!

Great place! They do a super job and actually treat you well, unlike the one in Bucyrus! They aren't rough and the nails always look great!
