These people are really great. They do great work and really know their stuff. I had them work on my buisness computers and buisness networks as well as my personal computers. They may not be the fastest, but the quality of their work and costumer service is outstanding.

This company is cheap but also a little slow at times but still know what their doing. I have taken 3 computer to them and they fixed them with out any problem also they even helped me over the phone when I was in a pinch. Now about the slowness, It does take them a long time do get things done but hey for $10 bucks they will look at and tell you if it is worth fixing. Never had a problem.

I took two computers here three weeks ago. Was told they would both be fixed in a week. Was given a quote that seemed high. My desk top was completed and cost $100 to wipe a hard drive clean and give you basicall a stripped computer that can do nothing. Two weeks later I called about my laptop and was told it would be ready soon. 3 more days went by and I figured I would stop by to see what was going on. My computer was stting on the desk but the quoted price had doubled to almost $200 and they just took it on themselves to fix it without approval. This is a computer I paid $300 for new. I asked for my hard drive to be put back in and I would pay them their $10 diagnostic fee. The tech threw a hissy fit and acted like a little 3 year old that did not get his way. Here is the good part...once i got my computer home I found they had not put the screws back in to hold my hard drive. So basically they did more damage than was originally done to the computer.
