We used Kristin for our trip to Aruba in April. Not only was she able to get us better rates than the hotel was offering direct, we got upgraded to an ocean view (booked a garden view) when we arrived! Kristin also arranged our transfers, so there was someone to meet us in baggage claim to assist us after a long flight. Kristin also recommended a great restaurant, Passions on the Beach, which we loved. She even texted us while traveling to make sure everything was going smooth. Great service! We went to Costa Rica! Had a blast- Kristen "hooked us up" with a guide that took us to Tabacon Hot Springs- Hugo was super friendly (car ride from El Silencio was wicked bumpy!!!!) and even had water and snacks waiting for us when we returned from the hot springs.
