Love this place. The people are so nice. Sometimes it takes a little longer, but I always get compensated. I'll end up with some of their yummy cookies or a pie or two. Never have anything negative to say. Always get my correct order.

Guaranteed 30 minute wait. No matter what. My orders are more often incorrect than correct. And it closes earlier than any other McDonald's in the nation. Terrible.

Staff is rude every time I go up there. I came into the lobby last week with a friend and we ordered two mcchickens. We had $2 in quarters and the $0.18 was in three nickels and three pennies. There were three managers and all three refused to take my money. We stood and waited for 15 minutes for someone to come take our order. When we finally got it taken, no one called our number or let us know it was done, and it was cold when we finally asked for it. Another time, I came into the lobby, and no one else was in there, and there was only one car in the drive thru. One of the younger managers just looked at me and continued talking. Two young men refused to take my order and finally decided just to leave. Another time, I came through with my family. We ordered three small fries. The girl in the window parked us, cause they weren't ready, which is understandable, but altogether, waited 18 minutes for fries, which we never received. I went in and waited to see if they had the fries ready and they were given away large fries to someone who had came in after I came in to see the hold up. Today, I came through to get my sister a large Dr. Pepper. The young man in the window wasn't wearing a name tag or uniform and was listening to music, which is probably why he got my order wrong. He didn't ring it up till we got to the window to pay. He didn't read it back or ask if it was the right drink, and when I asked if it was a large Dr. Pepper, he said it was. We got to the second window and the manager, Sandy, handed us a medium Coke. When I kindly said it should have been a large Dr. Pepper, she replied with, "On here it says a medium Dr. Pepper." She refused to fix it, so we just took it. After taking a drink, my sister realized it was Coke, so at that point, we had to go back and wait another seven minutes for the correct drink. Most of the workers had a bad attitude and the female workers had their hair down and falling into the fries and drinks. The workers weren't willing to fix any of the orders I've placed, and have refused to take my order several times. My grandfather got food poisoning from the jalapeño doubles (it was all he ate that day, and had to go to the hospital, he believes they were sitting out all night) and I have received wrong orders several times, and when asking for them to fix it, the managers would refuse to make new food or would take forever to make it. The worst thing is how bad the customer service is with some of the workers and most of the managers.

Sucks so bad slow device and got our order wrong 2 TIMES
