Terrible! Talked to a man by the name of Kevin I believe. He is extremely rude. He talked to me as if I was a young child, after telling him I understood what he was getting at. They had a wrong email address, so I was unable to be notified that I had a past balance. It was then sent to collections. When I called to ask him about this, he took a father figure role and scolded me, not professional at all. When I asked questions his answer majority of the time was "I don't know". Never again

Do not purchase your college books from this store. If your student loan financing is delaying Kevin Ballard will not work with you. He will take the money from your bank account without your consent. He is rude and uncooperative!!! Go the book store on the campus!!!!
