We've been using Shoreline Dental for a very long time and have lived with the ever increasing fees for dental work. My 7 year old had her filling fall out of her tooth and we asked to get it replaced. Shore Line Dental told us to come in and get it replaced, there wouldn't be a fee. We setup an appointment for Wednesday, November 6th to get it done. She made her appointment on time and received a new filling. When my wife went to the reception area to confirm the work, we were told we had to pay $70 dollars. Mind you we have insurance and they were billing them for a little over $150.00. We told the reception lady that we were told the work would be covered. She said there was new decay under the filling so we had to pay for the replacement.So they didn't do their job sufficiently which lead to decay under the filling and WE were being charged? The Reception Woman proceeded to tell us that if we didn't pay the bill would immediately go to collections. We paid and will never return.
