Founded in 1969, Mt. Hope Nazarene Retirement Community is a 50-bed skilled nursing and independent living community located in Manheim, Pa. It offers a wide variety of health care services, such as 24-hour skilled nursing, pain management, physical therapy, stroke rehabilitation, ambulatory assistance, and disorientation and confusion management services. The facility also provides arthritis rehabilitation, medication monitoring, respite services, dementia care, on-site social services, and food monitoring and assistance services. In addition, it offers personal grooming services, private and semi-private rooms, family-style dining, laundry services, spiritual support services and recreational activities program.
