Provided great service while in the area, but seem to fail at accomplishing a simple task as turning off power. Service provide wasnt able to find the call in for power cancelation. Havent lived in the home for over a month and power wasnt cut off when it was suppose to be. Fixed the issue professionally but someone has seemed to drop the ball.

Every time I call, no matter what time of day....my wait time is over 15 minutes! I can't sit on the phone and hope someone picks up for that long, it's ridiculous! Unless Westar wants to start paying my phone bill, they need to get more people to answer phones so I can actually get my questions taken care of.
