The rooms are decent. The amenities are great. The people who work here are ABSOLUTELY unprofessional. The maintenence workers are negligent at best. Don't expect to get your deposit back. Make sure to read your ENTIRE lease, because they will screw you. You will not get anything repaired in a timely manner. The maintenence workers LEFT MY DOOR UNLOCKED (after replacing an air filter) for at least 3 hours. No one in the office seemed to be concerned about a resident's door being left unlocked due to a negligent staff. The assistant manager is condescending on a good day, and downright rude the rest of the time.And it is recommmended that if you are already living there, that you pay your rent via their website. I lived here for 1 yr and had 2 months of rent not taken out of my account until the end of the month (because I wrote a check) when rent is due on the 1st. If you write a check, it won't be processed until the 12th of the month. Staff has no concern for residents. STAY AWAY!
