rip off, gives one estimate and then a different bill. charged a 20% fee for not using his parts. this was a 350 chevy block made by gm and head and main studs. started out 702.00 he called whining that i needed to come in and leave a depoist so he could pay his employees, so i left 400.00. went to pick up thinking i owed around 300, but to my supprise the bill had jumped to 1031.23. his excuses were he didnt look that up in the book and he cant survive on machining alone .bore/hone went from 200 to 320,hone lifters 32 to 45 hot tank 65 to 78. this man is a crook, remember this is to machine only a bare 350 chevy, no cam bearing or freez plug
