Stayed at this hotel in July 2016 and very clean. Place DOES NOT smell like smoke for their is no smoking allowed in any place in North Dakota.. Very clean rooms , super friendly staff and the people working in the cafe are super nice.. Good prices on rooms. Will recommend this place to anyone and also they have updated all these rooms. Looks very nice.

This place was absolutely disgusting. There was not one single inch of this place that did not smell of cigarettes. The employees would go to the so called bar/lounge and smoke and go back to the cafe and prepare food. UMMM UNSANITARY> Not only that, the old lady in the cafe, wow was she RUDE, complaining, yelling at the waitress, throwing food around.. Really lady grow up, you are what 60 and your acting as if you are 12. Put a smile on your face and at least pretend you like your job while people are there. One simple thing that might help is closing off the lounge so the smoke does not flow through the entire place. do you have any consideration for those that do not want to die of cancer

There isn't a place in the motel that doesn't smell like cigarette smoke, even the employees smoke indoors. Every single employee was rude and impolite- ever heard of "a little kindness goes a long way"? The room wasn't clean. We could see dirt in our "clean" beds and had an exposed electrical outlet in our room. The food in the cafe was priced high for the quality and taste. Spend extra few $ and stay across the street. I will never recommend this motel to anyone. I cannot stress enough what a outdated dive this is with a bunch of crabby employees running the place. Our situation wasn't ideal, and there wasn't a single employee that showed any empathy or understanding.
