Such wonderful, caring, compassionate, loving staff! It was so very hard to put our cat down and they were so very kind. Thank you so much! I would recommend this place to anyone.

Kate Harper Wilson: It was so comforting to be methodically walked through the process of opting euthanization for our beautiful SCWT Molly Rose. We knew in our hearts that it was time for Molly to leave us, but I know we wanted to hear different news if at all possible. What a wonderful group of excellent listeners on staff! I was given time to process the severity of her health issues, and to then sit and be alone with Molly as I readied myself for doing what was best for my little girl. Molly left us all with the most coveted gifts of all . . .many happy and joyful memories and some very funny stories, too. I truly feel that the staff at VECM honored our dog in a way that let her share her unconditional devotion to us until the very last possible second. I knew that it was the most peaceful way for me to show Molly, as always, all that she meant to me AND the rest of the family. Thank you for your compassionate and truly respectful care ~ not only for Molly, but for me as well!

Dave Doyle "" Our dog Reno, a Shepherd/Husky mix, was in a critical state and had to have lung surgery in early February. Our regular vet referred us to VECM. The staff and Dr. Amato did a fantastic job with him and are wonderful people, especially since our 80 lb. guy is really a big baby. He was there for 6 days and was very well taken care of.... This is a great emergency hospital, if and when you need one. 2 months later and Reno is back to his old self bouncing around with his German Shepherd sister. David & Karen from Litchfield

The Vet Emergency Center of Manchester is amazing! Everyone is friendly and highly trained. They are also pet owners and understand the love you have for your pets and care you require. I have been a pet owner for many years and out of all the places I have brought my pets, this one takes the cake. We sadly lost a pet recently but the Emergency Center of Manchester made us feel like family, took wonderful care of our cat and keep us updated on everything they were doing. I will return to them with my other pets for years to come! Thank you to everyone on their staff!

This facility is beautiful! The colors are amazing and the artwork in the lobby is enough to keep you entertaining while you wait for your pet to be seen. I brought my cat in the beginning of January, he had not been feeling well for a day or so. It turned out he was unable to urinate and had "crystals" in his urine! They were able to relieve him so he could urinate. He did stay a day or so in the hospital and they sent him home on special food to help it not happen again. The doctor and nurses that were on during his stay were informative and answered all the questions I had. I am so grateful for everything they did! I would recommend the Veterinary Emergency Center any day!!!

What a wonderful, caring facility this is. Thank you for caring for our beloved family pet. If you were not there our Rosie would not be with us today. The medical treatment our Rosie received here was top notch. We were advised by the Doctor of all that was going on and that was very reassuring to us. Not being left in the dark and everything being explained to us and the girls giving us updates was more than one can ask for. I tell our friends with pets about our experience and thank goodness I did, as one found themselves in need one night. The Downeys received the same service as we did and it was from a different Doctor. What a staff. 5 stars is not enough of a rating for this wonderful place. Again "thank you Veterinary Emergency Center of Manchester for being their for all the pets and their family's."

They took great care of my sick cat and me too. They were compassionate and very professional. I would recommend this Veterinary Hospital to whoever wants they pets to be in safe and gentle hands. Chris B
