I will never go in this «store» or recommend. Not inviting, they don't call back. They said they could fix my ring,well it sat there for almost 4 months. We picked it up with an explanation that the company they sent it to for repair would cost 400.00 so they decided for me that was too much! My ring is valued as of 3 years ago at over 6400.00 400.00 is a small price to pay. They never sent it out! Full of carp. Could've told me this 4 months ago if they couldn't get it repaired. Not even an apology. You wouldn't even believe what they suggested we do !! Never ever again. Shouldn't be in business if they don't like people or working;/

Took my engagement ring in to have the main stone set. During cleaning a side stone fell out but they couldn't find it so they replaced it. The diamond they inserted was so included it was cracked on top and told me it was a VS quality diamond. I told them it was a poor quality diamond and looked grey in comparison. Darren or Dennis, I can't remember his name still told me it was VS quality. Not getting anywhere, I took my ring right over to Northeastern Fine Jewelry and they said it was a definitely not a VS diamond and could see the inclusion all the way throughout it with a 10 power loop. Nina are CROOKS!!!
