I don't know if it's just because we ordered take out and didn't sit in and eat but the food was horrible.. First, I ordered a chicken soup that had only 2 small bits of chicken in it and apparently only came in one size which wouldn't be enough to fill up a 10 year old kid. They charged me $3.49 for it.. Second issue, I ordered a chicken sandwich and my wife had the cheeseburger. Both orders came with a side of fries or onion rings. They included 1 tiny sample - like serving of ketchup, I guess for both of us to share.. wasn't enough to cover 3 fries let alone 2 orders.. Third issue, my wife couldn't even finish her burger because the bun was almost rock hard stale on the edge of about half of it... Called the IHOP, got transferred to a "district manager" who was apparently at this location... He offered no refund, no food replacement, didn't even broach the subject of rectifying the situation.. just an empty "oh.. wow, I'm sorry". This IHOP is horrible!!!!! I can't even believe I wasted my time typing this about them.. they're not even worth the effort it takes to type a BAD review.. They present a whole new level of crappy customer service. Enjoy....
