Avoid this place like the plague. Hair Cuttery is the ABSOLUTE WORST place to go for a hair cut. I've been to several different locations, always trying to give the new place the benefit of the doubt, and it seems like they consistently out-do each other. I normally don't write reviews, but this place should be out of business.



The "stylists" (if you could call them that) are rude and condescending. The last Hair Cuttery I visited with my son gave us a card with a$6.99 coupon on it, valid all summer. This lady had never heard of it and should have stopped there. Instead, she asked the other stylists and one of them remarked, "$6.99? Maybe just for a shampoo you can pay $6.99! A barber can charge $6.99, but not a salon!"



The woman who cut my hair must have had an old pair of scissors because they started pulling my hair and when I told her, she said, "The scissors pulled your hair? Really? The scissors pulled your hair??" YES, THE SCISSORS PULLED MY HAIR--probably because you didn't bother ONCE to clean them while you were cutting.



As I was getting my hair washed, there were two "stylists" in the back using all kinds of profane language--thank God my kids weren't with me. One of them was the "$6.99" lady.



She didn't do well drying my hair, either. My shirt got wet when I sat up, and then she didn't bother much with getting the rest of the hair of my neck and shirt, so I'm sitting here, itchy, as I write this.



She didn't bother to show me the back of my head as she finished either, and it was only when I got home that I noticed my sideburns weren't even (one was angled and one was straight) and that she failed miserably in doing the skin fade that I requested.



The ONLY reason I will ever go back to a Hair Cuttery is to show them the coupon I mentioned.
