Have used this business before but never again, after being scheduled twice and i had to call them after almost 2 hours after scheduled time and being told they had an emergency call come in both times. I understand emergencies coming in but to not notify me that they were going to be late or to reschedule is unacceptable, very bad business practices!!!!

We just had service conducted on 10.25.2014. The driver came and pumped our septic however at the end, he requested a check be made out to him. It was strange however my husband paid him. (I had already left our home to run errands). After contacting Atlas the following business day, I was informed that the check should have been made out to Atlas and the driver/representative was a thieving grandson. What a mess, now we have to wait for them to come out and review our septic and documentation to us and the county. Do not use them. This sounds like a FAMILY mess!!!!

I will NEVER use this company again! Work was not completed in a timely manner. A simple replacement of a single distribution box took 5+ months to complete. A large hole was left open in the yard for 3+ months. Despite a verbal promise that the yard would be returned to its prior condition (“It will be like we were never there”), the yard was left with rock/debris, mud, deep ruts and uneven surfaces. Communication was abysmal and they used every excuse in the book as to why the work was not done yet. Very poor customer service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
