I have been a member since the doors opened (as Powerhouse), & it seems everyday that I go in there are more issues. First of all, the place is DIRTY! Staff changes happen often. Broken equipment, which are not fixed for an extended period of time, if at all. In fact, during the last 'inspection' of equipment, I along with other 'regulars' were asked to "use" those machine, as to not be evaluated by the young gentleman walking around from the corporate office. Out dated equipment as well. All 80's all of the time has to stop! I have been to quite a few sister Retro's and the music is current and at a level that if you did not want to hear it, you could easily 'block' it out with your i pod. Not at this place, the music is so loud that you cannot even speak to others working out next to you, much less hear a fore mentioned i pod. The televisions, when they do work, are only able to tune into a few channels.
