I needed a quick trim so I walked into Shades of Beauty with my hair blowdried, and flat ironed straight. I waited for about 15 minutes until it was my turn. I sat down in the chair and the young lady cut my hair dry, straight across the bottom. I was in the chair no longer than 5 minutes, and they charged me $40. When they rang me up at the register I was surprised at the price so I said to the girl "I only got a dry trim straight across the bottom, and was here for 5 minutes" she said to me "it's still considered a cut". I thought that was so rude. I will tell everyone I know not to go here.
