Rude and insulting. Repeatedly called me names, said I was no good, and insulted me and family who had nothing to do with it.

This is a collections agency. They mis-represent themselves saying they are a law firm collecting on a debt, however, in the same conversation, the man who called said he would turn our account over to a law firm for legal action if we didn't pay. He would not arrange a monthly payment, he insisted I had to pay the account in full. Very aggressive, even for a collections agent.
