Welbro consists of a self-perform workforce of career craftsmen skilled in concrete work, carpentry and masonry. A vertically integrated company, services include traditional building and construction management operations as well as real estate development. Its projects include: hospitality, education K-12, higher education, commercial / special use and urban apartments. Welbro was founded in 1979 and has more than 375 employees. It has offices in Myrtle Beach, S.C. and Pigeon Forge, Tenn. The company headquarters is located in Maitland, Fla. Welbro is also the recipient of several awards including being named in 2005 the best employer by the Orlando Business Journal.
