Be prepared for a very long wait. They overbook and never seem to be on time especially for cleanings! Tried to use them when I worked in the same building figuring I would lose less time from work if I didn't have to drive to the appointment but was I wrong! They were so bad about keeping to their schedule (& I realize that for dentists there are emergencies that will throw their schedules off but this as for their cleanings!!), it was easier and quicker for me to drive somewhere else and come back and I lost less time from work too! They also charge a $10 "sterilization" fee per visit on top of whatever you pay over your insurance! Sorry but keeping your equipment clean and sterilized should not incur an extra charge! It is part of the cost of doing business! Not much has changed with these dentist offices.... seriously suggest you can avoid them whenever possible and CHECK OUT ASPEN DENTAL - amazing care and free exam and xrays for those of us who no longer have dental insurance plus they will even give you a copy of your full mouth xrays for free!! They did a great job for a reasonable charge extracting a tooth with a failed root canal and crown that had been messed up by another lousy dentist in our area!

I have been going to Dr. Sushil Patel at Maitland Greenberg Dental for over 3 years. I have had nothing but excellent care by Dr. Patel and his staff. They are always kind, friendly and polite. Dr. Patel explains any work needed and discusses options. I have not had any issues with wait times. I moved from Maitland to Casselberry and I refuse to go to any other Dentist! Thanks for all the great care!

WORST DENTIST EXPERIENCE! Def. NOT COMING BACK! Had a dentist appointment for a regular cleaning, came in 10 minutes before hand to fill out any paperwork etc. Had to WAIT an HOUR AND 30 MINUTES until I was seen from my appointment time!!! Once seated we didn't even do the cleaning but only the x-ray scans! Waited another 15-20 minutes in the cleaning chair to find another person beside me in the room waiting also. We had a conversation about how ridiculous this was. Walked to the front desk in leaving as I had to pick up my kids from school. The staff were very rude and unprofessional also at this location, not only were they disrespectful but didn't care about what I went through as a Client/Customer. Funny enough the staff started LAUGHING, Yes LAUGHING before leaving through the door. Saw the other women also leave behind me due to the >2 hour wait for a regular cleaning.
