L-O-V-E the ZBest carpet cleaning guys! Two kids, one naughty dog, and a husband who likes to "tinker" in the garage do not mix well with ivory colored carpeting in the family room (no, I didn't purposely install ivory carpeting, it was there when we bought the house!). I needed a general carpet cleaning and Roger was able to come over just prior to the holidays. Not only did they do a great job on the general carpets, they even removed some darker marks that had been there for over a year! Super professional, no harmful chemicals, and what they quoted is what I paid.

They were on time, both guys were professional, introduced themselves, and were friendly. They did an awesome job in cleaning the carpets throughout the house and really putting in the effort to get a particular stain out. I was very impressed w/ the service!

Found Roger here on the directory. The reviews are correct. Made my 4 year-old carpets look brand new again. I have 3 kids so you can be sure that I have stains, but Roger got them all out and everything looks fantastic. Price was exceptionally reasonable, especially for the quality of workmanship.

I lined up my annual carpet cleaning with Roger and was pleasantly surprised to get such a prompt response and great rates. I loved that I was getting such great pricing for premium service. My buddy and I got the carpets cleaned after a year and a half in a rental house where there were several tenant switches and pets coming and going. Needless to say, the very pale carpets were not very pale anymore. No, that's not a stringent enough description... The pale carpets were revolting - the kind of revolting that makes you want to throw up and curse at the same time. Roger with ZBest showed up on time, called ahead, came in prepared AND was enthusiastic about tackling the most gnarley stain he has probably seen since he stated cleaning carpet. LOL The results: awesome. The carpets were all fresh, super clean, and dry when we got home from work that day. And at an extremely reasonable price, I might add.

This was the second time that I used ZBest to clean my carpets and I cannot rate them high enough. When I called, Roger remembered me from my last appointment which was well over a year ago. I had ZBest clean several rooms which have been soiled by puppy and my ability to continually drop cups of coffee on my rugs. With expertise, they were able to remove all the stains and bring the carpets back to life. The staff were friendly, respectful and fully knowledgeable on carpets. I used ZBest Carpet Cleaning last Monday. Scheduled an appointment last Thursday for arrival time of 1PM. They called 30 minutes before arrival. They performed a deep cleaning, sanitizing, and teflon application to the carpet. They did a great job and fully explained the estimate prior to performing any services. Roger was very courteous and timely in his efforts!

When we moved in to our home, our carpets looked ok.. After a few weeks, it became apparent that whatever the previous owners used to clean the carpets was attracting soil to the floor and was causing our carpet to look dingy. Spots and stains started appearing everywhere! We are not ready for the task of replacing the floor yet, so I called Roger at ZBest Carpet Cleaning to see if he could help us out with a short term fix. He explained to me that ZBest's truck powered units produce super heated water that bathes and cleans your carpets along with some gentle and biodegradeable surfactants. Sure enough, when I returned a couple of hours later, our carpets looked BEAUTIFUL, were almost dry and and practically immaculate. There were a couple of tough stains we didn't expect to come up like nail polish but even those areas were greatly improved. . Thanks for a great job!
