we walk in and smile at the one lady and yet another jumps up as if she's due the next customer. Regretablly , I politely say nothing, and my how our luck of the draw cost me 28 bux, ten extra for a 3 minute blow dry. Worse when we get home the cut is uneven and truly botched. Yet its my fault 4 not speaking up and choosing th proper lady...
