About Transformation Ministries Transformation Ministries, Inc. is a nonprofit tax exempt organization under Section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code, operating under the leadership and accountability of a Board of Directors drawn from the Christian community. Our mission is to provide Christian pastoral counseling services to the population of the surrounding area. Counseling ministry staff are not licensed or certified under the laws and regulations of Kentucky. Referral relationships exist with such resources in our community and the surrounding region for responding to client requests, or when problems or care needs are outside the scope of our staff. Initial consultation for counseling ministry services is offered without charge. Subsequent counseling ministry is provided on a fee-for-service basis. Every effort is made to keep such charges as affordable as possible, while still supporting the ongoing expense of providing these services. Those with financial limitations may apply for consideration of reduced fees based upon information provided.
