- Engine RepairThe service was a major engine repair. A truck that has been carefully maintained by Zimbrick GMC certified mechanics following recommended service and oil changes every 3000 miles should not need a major engine repair at less than 81,000 miles. Further, as soon as I brought it home I could smell hot oil. I thought that it was from the repair and would go away. After about 2 weeks and with about 750 miles since the repair it still smells and the truck is dripping oil all over my driveway. Prior to this repair there was no dripping. Obviously the repair was botched.
- Oil ChangeThese oils contain a variety of characteristics that can affect your vehicle's performance, offer varying levels of engine protection, and maximize the time between oil changes.

- Transmission Fluid ServiceI've checked every folder in my email and you never sent me anything about the shop being closed on the original date we supposed to be in. Just repeated reminders the appointment was still on. Including day of. So you didn't reach out. You didn't do anything with price about the wasted gas and time and the Latin guy who hit us on the way back from the appointment you never told us was canceled. Sorry doesn't cut it. So I didn't buy my new car from you. And it likely won't get serviced there either. The entire incident could have been avoided by simple actions on your part. And after the fact I was still left screwed on gas and time etc... you truly know how to irk your customers. 1 1/2 hours for an oil change? 3 1/2 hours to add a transmission flush to that oil change? Waste my whole day on something my buddy would do an hour and a half if he had the time? Come on..

- Radiator FlushI spent a great deal more than anticipated but realizing it was needed maintenance (multi point service, oil change, coolant flush, new brakes and new tires). However, I came in with a right tire low inflation warning, mentioning it to the service rep. It was recommended we install new tires, did so. The low inflation warning light came back on 3 days after service. Left a message for service but haven’t heard back.
- Air Filter Replacement
- Tire RotationIt's a known fact that regular tire rotation extends the life of your tires and improves performance. Tires are rotated to achieve a uniform wear for all tires. Each tire performs different tasks (such as steering in front- versus rear-wheel drive), therefore tires wear at different rates. Tires should be rotated every 7,500 miles to prevent irregular tire wear.
- Tire RepairWhether you are in the market for tire repair or replacement, our Certified Service experts can handle all of your tire needs. Use our Tire Finder Tool to start shopping for tires – simply enter your vehicle's year, make, model, and tire size. Not sure about your tire size? It's the combination of letters and numbers located on the side of your tire. Once you've selected the right set, schedule an appointment at Zimbrick Buick/GMC West.
- Wheel AlignmentProper wheel alignment is key to prolonging the life of your tires. If your vehicle is misaligned, it can cause your tires to wear unevenly, and you may experience handling problems such as pulling or abnormal vibration.
- Tire ReplacementThere are many factors that can cause tire wear, such as your driving style and tire maintenance habits. Tire replacement is absolutely needed when the tread wear indicators appear. Built-in tread wear indicators look like narrow strips of smooth rubber across the tread and become visible as the tire surface wears.
- Tire ServiceConsider a wheel alignment check if there is unusual tire wear or the vehicle is significantly pulling to one side or the other. A tire that is out of balance often affects ride quality and can shorten the life of tires, bearings, shocks, and other suspension components. If the vehicle is vibrating when driving on a smooth road, the tires and wheels may need to be rebalanced.
- Tire InspectionI had to make an appointment for an oil change and tire inspection at the last minute prior to an at the last minute to Fargo ND. Joe in service made an appointment for me at the last minute type deal. Service went smooth AS usual I was in and out in no time. My granddaughter is going to have a baby anytime and I will be ready for the trip when its time to go. Thank you Joe and the Zimbrick team for making things happen for me.

- Brake ServiceStopping power is crucial to a safe and successful driving experience. When you need brake service, your Certified Service experts at Zimbrick Buick/GMC West can recommend quality ACDelco Gold (Professional) or GM Original Equipment brakes.
- Brake InspectionThis is the first time I've really been disappointed in my service here especially with Joe Zoladz. He was very condescending and had a brake diagnostic test performed after I had already told him what was going on and not necessary and was ultimately charged for it and had nothing to do with the actual problem and he was a jerk regarding everything and would not let me talk to his manager. I sincerely hope he is talked to regarding this situation even though I'm sure he will deny everything and blame me because that is what people like him do. According to the Zimbrick reviews it definitely looks as though other people have had this issue with him but obviously nothing was done about it and the manager only care about the good reviews since those are the only ones that get commented on from him and the reviews where their was an issue he says nothing instead of trying to resolve the issue which is very sad.
- Brake RepairSometimes, your vehicle’s brakes will alert you when there is trouble. Squealing noises, chirping sounds, and grinding are indications that brake repair is required.
