We were delighted by the Old Fashioned. It is old fashioned in every aspect of the word: no reservations are accepted, so we waited at the bar, sipping brilliant Old fashioned's until we got a table with a charming waiter and a write-home-about Fish Fry (a Wisconsin tradition).
