Mushroom and Swiss burger awful, burger was luke warm, mushrooms were very cold, and the cheese didn't even beGin to melt. Service was very poor and did not attempt to remedy the substandard performance. First and last time to visit this location

1st visit the cheese sticks I ordered & was served had 2 eye-lashes fried into the batter. I showed the waitress & she clearly SAW they were fried into the batter. No way they were mine & enough to ruin my appetite. Next the salad I was served had a LONG BLACK HAIR in it. Mine is short blond & curly. They never apologized, offered me a replacement, offered to adjust the bill, or acknowledged - except a half-hearted sorry that's the way the ball bounces - flip attitude - before walking away. They also failed to reply to my email & they did receive it, no bounce-backs. However I sent a 2nd follow up email - no reply received. Poor management, lousy service - too many good restaurants in the area to return to RR to eat ever again. Most establishments at least offer a replacement, or have the decency to address the issue. That was my 1st & last time eating at Red Robin. Unless you're hungry for hair & eyelashes wouldn't recommend them & I will never return.

Awesome place to take my family, great service,food, and drinks!

This place is great. they opened the door for us when we came in and went out. Service is most important to me, and they are on it. staff was friendly managers making sure all is well. I had the whiskey River Burger it is what I compare other burgers to now.I was suprised to get such a great burger from a big chain place.highly reccomended
