General Info
Established in 1986, Michael's Frozen Custard produces custard and related products and maintains presence in more than 80 locations throughout Wisconsin. Its products are available in chocolate malt, raspberry, coconut, butter pecan, oreo, mint, pumpkin, coffee strawberry, badger trax and vanilla chocolate flavors. The company additionally offers products in raspberries 'n cream, cappuccino, cookie, caramel, butter almond, blue moon and peanut butter flavors. It provides a range of community-based donation programs and supports various nonprofit organizations. Michael's Frozen Custard maintains one of its locations in Madison, Wis.

DO NOT GIVE MICHAEL'S FROZEN CUSTARD YOUR BUSINESS!!!
They call the parking police (who then ticket your car...$30 fine) even when, as what happened with us, you go across the street with the intention of getting an ice cream after. AND when we called to ask them why they called the Parking Police they were rude and refused to write a letter stating it was an error. We will never go there EVER again and urge others to boycott them.
Great custard, and lots of delicious and unique options for sundaes. However, there's not much choice in the flavors (chocolate, vanilla, or flavor of the day).
Michael's has amazing frozen custard, and a great variety of sundaes (my favorites are the peanut butter cup, Viva Las Vegas, and hot fudge brownie). They always have vanilla & chocolate, plus a daily flavor. My only gripe is that they recently reduced the number of daily flavors from 2 to 1, and it's often something that's not very exciting, such as butter pecan or vanilla chip, so there's not as much choice.
