- Primary CareEmily is especially dedicated to working with adults who identify as LGBTQ (or who are interested in exploring their identities). Emily earned her doctoral degree in clinical psychology at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, focusing on sleep problems in depression. She obtained specialized training in LGBTQ Health at Northwestern University and in Primary Care Psychology at Access Community Health Centers.
- Sleep DisordersBroadly speaking, Dr. Desai’s practice includes diagnosis, assessment and treatment for several conditions such as mood, anxiety, thought, developmental, and externalizing disorders. Specific areas of interest include management of ADHD, anxiety, depression and bipolar disorder, autism, and sleep disorders. Dr. Desai is a preferred provider on most local, regional, and national insurance panels, including but not limited to Quartz, Dean, WPS, UMR/Alliance and WEA. He also sees individuals and families on a self-pay basis.
- Emergency CareWhen you receive emergency care or are treated by an out-of-network provider at an in-network hospital or ambulatory surgical center, you are protected from surprise or balance billing.

- Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)Jennifer’s emphasis is working with children 10 years of age and older and provides both individual and family therapy. Jennifer utilizes cognitive-behavioral therapy, play therapy, mindfulness, insight-orientated therapy; as well as a family systems model when treating families. Jennifer specializes in treating anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, school or day care adjustment, ADHD, divorce/blended family issues, life adjustments, as well as grief/loss issues.
- Stress ManagementChloe is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who assists children, adolescents, adults, couples, divorced/separated parents, and families with a variety of clinical issues. As a certified mediator, she has experience helping individuals and families effectively resolve conflicts. Her areas of specialty include, conflict resolution, custody and placement issues, parenting and co-parenting issues, blended family issues, adjustment issues, life transitions, depression/anxiety, stress management, and personal growth challenges.

- PsychiatryDr. Larson attended medical school at the University of South Dakota, completing both his general psychiatry residency and child/adolescent psychiatry fellowship at the University of Wisconsin, Madison. He returns to Madison with his wife, a native of Madison, after over 20 years of practice in the Waukesha, WI area. He has two children enrolled in “friendly rival” universities, on the East Coast.

- RadiologyWhen you get services from an in-network hospital or ambulatory surgical center, certain providers there may be out-of-network. In these cases, the most those providers may bill you is your plan’s in-network cost-sharing amount. This applies to emergency medicine, anesthesia, pathology, radiology, laboratory, neonatology, assistant surgeon, hospitalist, or intensivist services. These providers can’t balance bill you and may not ask you to give up your protections not to be balance billed.
