Be careful. The person who signed off on our appraisal was not the "photographer" that came to take pics of our property--in fact, the person who signed the appraisal never came to our house. The comparables were not comparable, even though there have been many recent sales in our neighborhood and our report omitted important details about our property. We would not recommend this business.
