Dr. Phillips and his staff were exceptional! My son had been treated before for severe dental problems caused by extra teeth. He had several surgeries at 6 yo. He saw Dr. Phillips when he was 7, and Dr. Phillips explained options clearly, cost, length of treatment. My son started treatment, and, almost like clockwork, his teeth started to come out and align. He got his braces off the same month we anticipated. In his office, the kids check themselves in on a central computer. Even though most of our appointments are right after school, it seems like each time (over a year now) there is almost no waiting. The waiting room is large and spacious and has a flat screen tv, and a wii for kids to play if they are nervous or if one finishes earlier than the other. The office immediately seems inviting and unintimidating. What really matters is the teeth; our son has a perfect set of front teeth, almost unimaginable considering how he was when he started orthodontia.

My son received treatment for a cross bite at Phillips Orthodontics and we were very, very pleased with the whole process. Dr. Phillips is a pleasure to work with and his staff was courteous, professional, and caring. The outcome...my sons smile looks absolutely amazing and we owe it all to Dr. Phillips and his staff. This was a very positive experience and a big thank you to everyone at Phillips Orthodontics.

Dr. Phillips has been ranked one of the top orthodontists in town by Madison Magazine several years in a row now. I've also been impressed with the staff there - each and every person I've encountered at this practice was kind, personable and professional. They also have a few extras that set them apart from other practices in the area. My kids loved being able to play a few rounds of Guitar Hero before their appointment!

Life changing! My experience with Dr. Jeff Phillips was wonderful! I am an adult patient who had previous orthodontic treatment. Unfortunately, the gap between my top center teeth was never closed completely. This space had bother me for over 20 years. I made an appointment with Dr. Phillips. He was kine and compassionate. He understood my concern immediately. He was able to explain the options available for treatment including estimated length of treatment and estimated cost. He explained in detail what the next steps would be. While in treatment, Dr. Phillips explained in general terms what was occurring so that I could understand. The staff working with Dr. Phillips were great - including scheduling, billing and clinical! My experience was exceptional! Now my space is gone, my teeth are straight, and I can really smile, a true smile with confidence. I would highly recommend Phillips Orthodontics to anyone considering treatment.
