Excellent workmanship!! Great Customer service... very nice place to do business with. Take my advice, if you need your car repaired this is the place to go, the Farm Bureau adjuster Jess that I worked with was very pleasant and kept me updated throughout the entire process, always assuring me that my car would be fixed back how it was before my wreck. I was over all very pleased... Will definitely go back if I am ever unfortunate and have another accident. I give these guys a 10...

My suggestion is dont go there unless you want to pay 100% labor costs. My car was there for a simple fix, transmission pan was dented. Insurance company towed (had insurance to cover it full cost) and in two days, the cost to fix was 377.00. I decided to get my son-in-law to look at it since he is a mechanic, and he was going to go pick it up from the shop. First off, there was a 100.00 charge for towing, which shouldnt have been, then this grumpy man there got into an argument with my son-in-law over getting it picked up, said he wasnt going to move it out for him. Also, after the manager helped my son-in-law get the car out of the shop to load onto his trailer, he said the only thing wrong was a bent pan and it took him one minute to tap it out, the shop told me that four other things had to be replaced, which was a lie. My advice to anyone reading this is, try to get a second opinion, they wanted to rip me off.

This place is no good. My car has been there for a 2 months for a very simple job. They keep telling me I have to wait for a backseat cover. They told us they'd call when it got in. And they didn't. Instead. It was the wrong pattern so they sent it back. And now we have to go through the whole waiting process again. They also told us the tires had already been changed. And they had not been. It's just been a horrible process.
