A few hours ago my husband and I stopped in at this Arby's location for a quick bite to eat. We were on our way home from the airport. We have had a very upsetting week and are absolutely exhausted. Upon entering Arby's we were immediately greeted by a very pleasant employee. She was friendly and spoke to us with enthusiasm. She continued laughing and talking to us while we ordered and paid....in a very professional manner. While we ate she checked on us as well as the other customers in the establishment. She laughed and talked with her fellow employees as well. We enjoyed her and her service to us. We laughed and enjoyed our meal and forgot about our personal troubles for a few minutes. I wanted someone to know that she is an absolute "Treasure" to your business. A very positive roll model to others as well. Thank-you Gladys Brown for a pleasant experience. Not sure if the person takeing customer orders had other issues on their mind, I was greated by a person that took away time used to fuzz at the staff. I did return to this location many times since , the staff service great as well as the fresh sliced beef ( The same shift manager may not had noticed that the day I first mentioned was noticed by me as a customer ). Thanks change to 3 stars
