He is a cool, calm, and collective kind of guy. Straight up and truly takes care of you. The manager was also great. I went there to see a Jaguar XF. Made contact with Fernando, checked out the car, test drove it, negotiated, and did the paperwork without feeling the pressure salesman usually give you when buying a car.
