Specifically, I'm reviewing the UPS WEBSITE...maybe the worst website I've ever visited.A business sent a package to my BILLING address instead of my SHIPPING address. It's Memorial Day, today. Nevertheless, you'd think it would be an easy task to simply enter my correct shipping address at the UPS website so that tomorrow when packages are loaded onto trucks, mine would be put on the truck that goes to Hazel Park. But it's not easy. It is IMPOSSIBLE. I bounced around from one link to another, spending half an hour...to no avail. Someone needs to re-engineer that worse-than-worthless UPS website!

The gentleman at the customer service desk neglected to put the new shipping label on a return package;.and he neglected to cross out the old label. So two days later the package was returned to us.instead of the company who was accepting our return. So we lost three days in the turn around of our order. Way to go UPS. And for only $214!

The shipping address provided may be incorrect or incomplete.this is the message we got on the tracking info this is the last time i will ever use UPS what a joke huge fail
