My son had his birthday party there and we got the basic party package. It was the best deal around, but soon after I got there, I realized why. With only one real bounce house for them to climb in (other than in the toddler area), I was pretty disappointed. Not to mention it just didn't feel clean at all and a few of the party guests noticed cockroaches in the private room. Our party helper was nice, but I had to find the cake that I had given to her before the party and get more plates by myself. If you go here, I suggest bringing your own plates cups napkins, etc. I didn't bring any because it said they supplied all of that. Pretty disappointed in this place, won't be going back again.

I went to Jump to It in Madison on 1/16/13 and was very disappointed at the customer service I received. I walked in with my daughter and we weren't greeted, but instead we were just stared at. I told the employees that I was there to view the facility because I was interested in booking my daughter's party with them. The only response I received was, "okay" from one of them and the other one stayed on the computer the entire time and never acknowledged that I said anything. The employee never bothered to come from around the desk to show.me the party rooms nor anything else for that matter. When I started asking about the different party packages she was able to provide information but she kept saying "um" and patting her head from time to time, which led me to feel as if she didn't know what she was talking about. On top of that, she wasn't able to completely tell me all of the party themes they provided. When we were done talking, she never asked me if I wanted to book the party nor did she provide me with a brochure to at least look things over. Overall, I really felt that neither employee wanted to be bothered nor wanted my business. If you provide me with poor customer service before actually receiving my business, then there's no telling on how things would have turned out on party day! I ended up booking my daughter's party at Pump It Up, and I was quite pleased with the way they handled everything! I can't wait to actually have her party!
