I've have been here for approx five years, have two units, and had '0' problems. Ms. Kathy, 'Chief of Staff' keeps the place very clean there and is an exceptional person to work with. Security fences are all around this complex, w/camera's and "bait stations" (for all kinds of critters) and there is the electronic gate which to my knowledge has never had a failure. There is a new management company there now in charge which has changed some of the old rules and procedures, so everyone is now getting used to new hours, rules, etc. I would have rated this establishment w/5 stars but can't because of their now closing the complex "all-day" each Sunday. Additionally, occupants/renters shoud also know that they must provide Operator/Management with at least two (2) days verbal notice or fifteen (15) days written notice prior to their vacating their storage 'Space'/Unit(s). Otherwise, they have everything you could want there--including a nice on site manager: "Ms. Kathy" Big $TICK
