The girls there and the dr were very mean. I don't think they should be in healthcare

Wait time is rediculous. Staff are not friendly. Billing department does not follow up with concerns/questions. repeat tests done due to Dr's lack in medical skill collecting samples and patient was billed for the repeat tests. Staff/Dr did not follow up regarding tests performed.

Do not recommend this Dr office due to the fact they make you wait more than an hour an a half to be seen by a doctor. The last two experiences I had there were very poor. The first appointment I went to I waited 1 hour to be seen an the doctor was not helpful. The second time I went there I waited 1 hour an 45 mins just for my lab results which they could have just told me over the phone that I was perfectly healthy instead of wasting both of our time. The 3rd appointment I had was the worst, I just went in to get my ultra sound results that was it an i got there 15 mins before my appt time an sat there for 1 hour an 30 mins just for them to tell me they still didnt have my results! I'm just thinking in my head you could have told me this an hour ago ! But what do I know write I'm just a kid with plenty of time in the world! I just wouldnt tell anyone to go there an find a much better Dr instead.
