Last Friday my central air stopped working in the middle of a heat wave. Everyone I called was booked; Siberian Air was no different. What Jason did that others did not, however, was ask me questions that helped him to troubleshoot the problem. I was able to get it running again the same day! I couldn't have done it without him, and would have had to go several days without air conditioning before anyone could get there. He even called me the following Tuesday morning to make sure the air was running and see if I needed him to come out. I can't thank Jason enough! Siberian Air will be my first call next time I have a problem.

Let me try to describe how it feels to be blown away by great service......needed trouble shooting of a central air system....Jason called back within minutes......met at the home and within an hour had me spitting ice cubes! Jason does an incredible job. I trust no one else with my heat and air conditioning. At the time, my wife was 8 months pregnant and the heat did not work. Jason came to my house in Easton in less than an hour. He is always courteous, and very prompt. When I was stuck at work, he even waited for me. He is priced well below the other guys..... I was having problems with my heat pump and call various HVAC companies out to give me a estimate. While most of them wanted me to buy a whole new unit, my budget would not allow it. Jason was able to work on my heat pump and for the past two years, it has been working great. When the time comes to replace my heat pump, I will call Siberian Air.

I noticed an issue with my heating that involved my outside unit. Jason responded quickly and had the problem resolved quickly. He worked with my schedule and kept constant communication with me so that I knew what was going on. Customer service was impeccable. My oil furnace stopped working during one of the coldest nights I ever remember. I checked the oil level, thermostat and I tried resetting the furnace manually after I did NOT get any error codes on the manual override. But the furnace would not start again. I used Superpages.com to find someone to fix my furnace. I found and contacted Jason Schutz at Siberian Air. Jason is very honest and helpful person. I gave him the info on what had happened with my furnace. He gave me rough estimate but needed to look at the furnace to isolate the problem. He saved me $130.00 just by performing the work on Monday morning as opposed to Sunday evening. I like the fact Jason charges by the job and not the hour. In about 2 hours including a parts run to get a new primary controller for my furnace everything was running like a champ again. Siberian Air and Jason Schulz are top notch and I would contact them again if I require any other heating repairs. A+

My heat pump was not working. I found Siberian Air on Angie's list. I called Mr. Jason Schutz of Siberian Air and he came and gave me an estimate on August 21, 2008. The estimate was given in August; however I did not have the work done until today, October 30, 2008. The August estimate was used to complete the work with a change in price due to the increase of the heat pump. He came when he said he would and completed the work in the amount of time that he said the work would be done. Mr. Schutz plans to return in a year to insure that the equipment is still working as the heat pump should. I have received a great warranty and will ask Mr. Schutz to do other work for me and will recommend him to other people
