Located in Macon, Ga., the center offers care and psychiatric assessment services for adults and senior citizens. It features therapeutic programs for individuals, groups and families. The Coliseum Psychiatric Center provides medication management, nutritional evaluation and emergency response services. The center offers partial hospitalization programs that emphasize on individualized care of patients. In addition, it provides chemical dependence treatment, relapse prevention and addiction education services for drug- and alcohol-addicted individuals. The Coliseum Psychiatric Center administers behavioral care services for individuals aged 65 and above. The center is a part of the Coliseum Health System, which has been providing health care services for more than 35 years.
