My mother paid for a tanning package last season and did not use all of her visits. She was later diagnosed with cancer and was told by her doctor that she would no longer be able to go to the tanning bed. She called to ask if she could let someone else use her package so that it would not go to waste and they said no. She asked to speak to the owner, but was blown off by the manager and said that he would not allow it either. She was very nice and said that she just really wouldnt want them to go to waste since they were already paid for. It is really sad that she received this kind of bad service after everthing she has already been through battling cancer. It doenst make any sense why it would matter who uses those tanning visits. This company has already gotten their money...the visits are already paid for...who cares who gets a tan from them.
